The other 2 bedrooms share the bathroom facilities which are unusual in that the bath, shower and toilet are separate allowing for easier use to all. The large mostly covered patio takes full advantage of the jacuzzi, the built in braai and the tranquil outlook onto the garden. Viewing is by appointment when it is not occupied by guests.
NOTE: Owners are permitted to rent out their holiday homes as Guest Houses on the Clarens Golf & Leisure Estate while they are not in occupation.

A walk to the clubhouse for a drink and a light meal is one of the pleasures to be enjoyed. The golf course is a full 18 hole par 72 course designed by Golf Data in 2007. Included in the monthly levy is one membership of the golf club. The Estate is fully secured and has 24 hour access control and guard patrols. The town of Clarens is within a kilometer from the main gate where there is a good choice of restaurants, pubs, art galleries and shops offering clothing, gifts, curios, wine and craft beer, a variety of food, and just about anything you will need to make your time in Clarens very memorable.
